If you currently have your service charge payments paid for by Housing Benefit or Universal Credit then this is likely to continue regardless of any changes to the amounts. The only exceptions are costs that are for individual use; such as private sewerage (when Coastline owns the sewerage plant your property is connected to), or in complexes where you pay a share of the cost that represents your individual use.
