If you would like more information about the works carried out you can open a new Service Charge enquiry case by selecting My Enquiries in the menu at the top of the screen. When you open a new case you will need to select a Case Type of “Other not listed”. Your query will be passed to the manager of the particular contract you’re enquiring about.
