Depending on the reason for the complaint, we would usually encourage people to first try and discuss the issue with their neighbour to see if this helps. If this is not possible, we will discuss different options available to take this forward.
We will initially contact the neighbour to discuss the reported issues and look to resolve this without further escalations.
If the issues persist, we will ask you to complete incident diaries to build up a base of evidence from which we can take further enforcement against someone’s tenancy. Additional evidence such as noise recordings can enable us to speed up this process.
You can contact us through My Coastline to report any issues of anti-social behaviour.
