
You can access your Account by selecting a "Tenure Type" from the list below. You will be able to find information about your account, view your recent transactions, find out information about your property and where applicable view details about our Replacement Programme for your property.
You can also click on "Pay My Rent" to make a payment for that account.
Set up a Direct Debit today and we will calculate your payments. Your account will then be credited at your desired frequency, so you won’t have to worry about paying your rent yourself. Click Direct Debit next to your account.
Our Income Management Team will confirm your requested payments and you will be notified once your Direct Debit has been processed. If we need to amend any of your payments, to ensure your account stays up to date, you will receive notification before any payments are taken.
If you need to amend a direct debit, please complete our Direct Debit Request form and we will get back to you within two working days.
